How do I create an account?
Click on the link that says Register, and then fill email address and password. Push the button, and we'll send you an email, you click on the link, and you're done. It's just that simple.
When do you put up a new product for sale?
We put up one awesome promotional product up everyday at midnight (est).
What's the deal with timer?
The timer lets you know exactly how long you have until the current deal disappears. Essentially, it's a countdown to midnight and a countdown until the next hot product!
What if I missed the last one?
Well, you know the saying “The early bird gets the worm?” These items are only available for a limited time (hence the count down timer on the home page) and in a limited quantity. If you like the item, you have to move fast.
Can I get emails when new products are available?
Yes, on the home page just click the subscribe button and you will receive a 60 minute advance notice of the next promo.
How do I know how many deals are left?
There is an order quantity countdown under the Buy it now button. When it is at zero, you are out of luck!
How do I buy an item?
Click on the “Buy It Now” button. At that point, it will take you to your checkout screen. Proceed to log in, enter your credit card info, your products color and your imprint color. You will then have the opportunity to click on the “browse” button to upload your logo. After that just click check out and you are done.
Do I need an account to buy an item?
Yeah, we have to make sure you exist. But signing up for an account takes all of thirty seconds if you type slowly, so we don't feel too bad about it.
What are my shipping options?
All items are shipped via ground. Since we only sell promotional products at incredible closeout prices we have to keep everyones order uniform.
How fast do my Promotional Products Ship?
Typically our orders ship out within 8 - 12 business days after the logo position and color has been approved.
How can I track my order?
Fee free to call customer service anytime, however a tracking number will be emailed to you once the product has shipped.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Unfortunately, we do not ship products internationally at this time.
What's your return policy?
Since these items will have your pre-approved logo on them, there will be no returns unless the product is defective and or broken.

You can browse the site and check pricing without registering or providing any personal or company information. However, in order to buy items without credit terms or to take advantage of our personalized services, you are required to provide us with personal information such as your name, email address, and zip code.
What do we do with the information that we collect?
The information we collect from you is to process, pay and ship orders. It also allows us to contact you for customer service purposes. Only if you request it, will we send you updates or information about specials. The Daily Promo does not share names, postal addresses and demographic information with any other company. All information is kept strictly confidential and internal to The Daily Promo.
We will absolutely NEVER sell your personal information or email address to anyone!
